These terms govern your use of Zeus Wallet, operated by {Your Company Name}. By creating an account you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts where you live. You may not use Zeus Wallet where doing so breaks local law.
You are responsible for keeping your password, PIN, recovery phrase and two factor codes secret. We will never ask for them. Activity from your account is treated as yours.
Balances held in the custodial section are recorded by us on your behalf. The self custody section generates keys on your device only — we cannot see, recover or reset that recovery phrase. If you lose it, those funds are gone permanently.
Applicable trading, conversion and withdrawal fees are shown before you confirm any transaction. Network fees are set by the blockchain, not by us.
You may not use Zeus Wallet for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are involved in these.
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, network congestion and third party outages can interrupt access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, {Your Company Name} is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by your own failure to secure your credentials.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
